  2. Device Information: We automatically collect basic device information such as device model, operating system version, and unique device identifiers to ensure app compatibility and optimize performance.
  3. Usage Data: We collect anonymized usage statistics to understand how users interact with our features and improve the app experience.
  4. Purchase Information: When you make in-app purchases for coins, we receive transaction confirmation from Apple to credit your account, but we do not store your payment information.

Third-Party AI Service (OpenRouter)

Lumvi utilizes artificial intelligence technology through our trusted partner, OpenRouter, to deliver personalized styling recommendations. Here's how we ensure your data remains protected:

We will always display a clear consent dialog before transmitting any data to OpenRouter. You must explicitly agree before any data is sent. The dialog will explain:

  • What specific data will be transmitted
  • The purpose of the transmission
  • That OpenRouter is the receiving party

Data Transmission Details:

OpenRouter adheres to strict data protection standards that meet or exceed industry requirements. They are contractually obligated to process data only for the specific purpose of generating your styling recommendations and to implement appropriate security measures.

Data Sharing and Third-Party Processing

We respect your privacy and limit data sharing to only what is absolutely necessary:

  1. OpenRouter (AI Service): As described above, only temporary transmission of necessary non-personal data for AI processing. No data is retained by OpenRouter.
  2. Apple (In-App Purchases): Purchase transactions are processed through Apple's secure payment system. We only receive confirmation of successful transactions.
  3. Analytics (Anonymized): We may share anonymized, aggregated usage data with analytics providers to improve our services. This data cannot be used to identify you personally.

We do not sell, rent, lease, or disclose your personal information to any third parties for marketing, advertising, or data mining purposes. We do not monetize your data in any way.
