1. Service Overview

Lumvi is an AI-powered home decor styling application that helps you transform your living spaces with intelligent recommendations. By uploading photos of your shelves, tables, or mantels, you can receive personalized decorative accessory arrangement suggestions, including vase and candle grouping compositions, color-coordinated styling vignettes, and seasonal accent piece recommendations tailored to your existing furniture and room aesthetic.

Our service utilizes advanced artificial intelligence technology to analyze your space and generate customized mood boards that reflect various design styles, from Nordic minimalism to French vintage charm and Japanese wabi-sabi aesthetics.

2. Account Rules

To access certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process
• Maintain the security of your account credentials and not share them with third parties
• Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach
• Take responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activities.

3. Usage Guidelines

By using Lumvi, you agree to comply with the following behavioral standards:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
• Not upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights or contains inappropriate material
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Not interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App
• Not use automated systems or software to extract data from the App

4. Content Rights and Responsibilities

You retain all ownership rights to the photos and content you upload to Lumvi. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services.

Specifically:

• Your uploaded photos are processed temporarily to generate styling recommendations
• We do not claim ownership of your original content
• AI-generated content and mood boards created by the App may be used for service improvement
• You represent that you have the right to upload any content and that it does not violate third-party rights

5. AI Feature Usage Terms

By using our AI features, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Necessary data (excluding any facial data) will be temporarily transmitted to OpenRouter for processing
• Neither Lumvi nor OpenRouter stores your uploaded photos or personal data permanently
• Data is used only during the active processing of your request and is immediately destroyed afterward
• All data transmission occurs over secure, encrypted connections
• AI-generated content is provided for reference and inspiration purposes only
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated recommendations for your specific situation

6. Payment Terms

Lumvi offers both free and premium features through our coin-based system:

• Free Trial: New users receive 5 free AI styling experiences
• Coin System: Subsequent uses require 18 coins per styling session
• In-App Purchases: Coins can be purchased through Apple In-App Purchase (IAP)

All purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law or Apple's App Store policies. Coin purchases are tied to your Apple ID and cannot be transferred between accounts or devices.

7. Service Changes and Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Lumvi's services at any time, with or without notice. This includes:

• Updating AI models and algorithms to improve service quality
• Modifying available features or introducing new capabilities
• Temporarily suspending service for maintenance or technical issues
• Permanently discontinuing the App or specific features

We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes that may affect their use of the service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Lumvi is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The App will be available at all times or free from errors
• AI-generated recommendations will be accurate or suitable for your specific needs
• Decor styling suggestions will achieve desired aesthetic results
• The App will be compatible with all devices or operating systems

You use the App at your own risk, and we disclaim all liability for any damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Lumvi operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation. If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable laws.

10. Agreement Updates

We may update this User Agreement from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. When we make material changes:

• We will post the updated Terms within the App
• We will update the "Last Updated" date at the bottom of this agreement
• Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms
